Zillautography is the automotive-photography practice of Romeo Espeleta III, based in the United Kingdom. For the purposes of UK data protection law, Romeo Espeleta III (trading as Zillautography) is the data controller for personal data collected via this site. What we collect

• Enquiries. If you email us using the links on this site, we receive your email address, your name (if you give it) and whatever you include in your message.
• Newsletter. If and when the "Behind the frame" sign-up is active and you submit it, we collect your email address to send you updates.
• Technical data. Our host, Cloudflare, automatically processes limited technical information (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view) to deliver and secure the site.
• Fonts. This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts; serving those files may expose your IP address to Google.

We do not knowingly collect special-category data, and the site is not intended for children.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiries and discuss commissions.
• To send the newsletter, where you have asked to receive it.
• To keep the website secure, available and working properly.

Legal basis

We rely on our legitimate interests (responding to enquiries and running the site securely) and on your consent where you sign up to the newsletter. You can withdraw newsletter consent at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, including Cloudflare (hosting and security), Google (font delivery) and our email provider for correspondence and newsletters. We may disclose data where required by law.

Retention

We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to deal with your request and for our reasonable records, and newsletter data until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email romeoespeleta@zillautography.com.
